Our Love Story

How We Met

Kelly asked Nicolette to watch Game 1 of the NBA finals with him on June 1st, 2017. They ended up in a small dive bar in the UES cheering for the Golden State Warriors. They watched the rest of the series together and as the Golden State Warriors went on to win the championship, Kelly and Nicolette knew something special had started.

The Proposal

Kelly proposed to Nicolette under Winter Cathedral lights on December 18th, 2021 at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden's Lightscape.

23 'til Infinity

Nicolette couldn't wait to be the newest Mrs. Dority so on April 29th, 2022, Kelly and Nicolette were married at sunset in Fort Tryon Park in Manhattan with their immediate families watching. They had an intimate celebratory dinner at Lafayette Grand Cafe & Bakery and toasted to watching their love grow.

However it has been soooo nice, we have to do it twice with all of our family and friends!
